Nothing, they officially closed 10 mins before I got there. I called ahead and a couple of the guys stayed back so the could take the bike in and secure it. They are going to try and have a look at the bike tomorrow or Tuesday, but the workshop is booked solid so it's going to be tough to fit in.

They offered, but the guy was struggling to find something and as they had already shut I told him not to wory. Through the BMW breakdown they are going to provide me with a car tomorrow morning.

I have to say, apart from the breakdown truck being delayed on his previous job, the service has been excellent. You really do feel like a valued customer rather than a pain to be dealt with. Quite refreshing from such a big company.

Just had a catch up Nutz that's good you have a car from them. This isn't what you needed but glad they are giving you a top service. Fingers crossed the rim can be replaced cheaply
