Re: Nutz's BMW S1000XR
Nothing, they officially closed 10 mins before I got there. I called ahead and a couple of the guys stayed back so the could take the bike in and secure it. They are going to try and have a look at the bike tomorrow or Tuesday, but the workshop is booked solid so it's going to be tough to fit in.Blade wrote:What did BMW say about the spanked wheel Nutz???

Re: Nutz's BMW S1000XR
They offered, but the guy was struggling to find something and as they had already shut I told him not to wory. Through the BMW breakdown they are going to provide me with a car tomorrow morning.Blade wrote:They give you a loaner for work ?

Re: Nutz's BMW S1000XR
I have to say, apart from the breakdown truck being delayed on his previous job, the service has been excellent. You really do feel like a valued customer rather than a pain to be dealt with. Quite refreshing from such a big company.Blade wrote:That's very good service glad there looking after you

Re: Nutz's BMW S1000XR
Just had a catch up Nutz that's good you have a car from them. This isn't what you needed but glad they are giving you a top service. Fingers crossed the rim can be replaced cheaply
