Re: Sim only phone contracts
probably best to find out which networks have the best coverage in your area. I swapped from 3 to EE for coverage a few years back since i couldn't get a signal at home with 3 and a lot of places i frequently traveled to. 3 have improved now here and i was going to swap back to them as EE were too e...

Re: Motorcycle Campaigns
Fwiw I believe we are all increasingly dismayed at the seeming dismissive attitude towards motorcycle thieves. But whilst it appears to be increasing exponentially it is hardly a new subject. Personally I don't see why it isn't legislated that the manufacturers link the ECU to a transponder in the ...

Re: Bemoto Insurance
I'm with Bemoto after seeing them talked about on here i gave them a call to see what they could do. Since i got rid of my bike and was using a 400cc scooter instead they said that they may not be the most competitive for me as i wasn't really their target market but they were able to smash my MCE r...

be careful with the BT app too as the image for non-live events on catchup usually give away the result as well as the news on the homepage.

Re: One for you IAM lot
The red pickup looked to be planning on overtaking the car he was following and from the video he seems to have completed a safe enough move since the motorcyclist is passing the speed camera at this point some distance behind and speeds up afterwards. I can't make out a line of traffic in the dista...

Re: 2017 Honda Fireblade ?
£23000 for a fireblade (shocked) Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272519581294" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; just did a bit of looking around, it seems from its introduction in 1992/3 it was priced at about £7400 ( http://www.simonreid.net/fireblade/informa...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
he said he gave it too much throttle when he was turning in the car park space to go home and fell off/into the car trying to avoid it . He's only been riding a few months and i'm not sure he fully has the hang of it. Apparently he has fallen off a few times so far for seemingly no reason :) and yea...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
Turns out that it was neither a car or a van... It was a scooter. The chap that did it came and found me today. I'll be spending my weekend chasing after quotes now I suppose.

Re: Mobile phone renewal
I haven't had a vodafone sim for at least 7 or 8 years myself as they were terrible when i was with them and i never fancied chancing getting locked in for a year or two to give them another try. I suppose most of the complaints are customer services related so if everything works ok then you should...

Re: Mobile phone renewal
Try Vodafone.. say to them that you saw their offer of £24/month (£30 upfront), Ultd Calls/Texts, 6GB data and see what they can do. You'll likely be able to get a good deal especially with the 2 phones. No one else compared to Vodafone on that deal and they're now the No.1 network in the UK Really...

Re: Clear visor
I've always found those visor wipers to be useless in the cold, the rubber goes hard and scrapes the dirt across the field of view rather than wiping it away. If there were a thick silicone version, similar to a cheapo phone case, then that may be better in the cold. i had a wiper blade on my one s...
