A business analyst who crashed his car after a night out was so drunk he died of alcohol poisoning as he lay in the wreckage of his BMW.
Company high flyer Karl Howes, 34, ploughed into two vehicles and left a trail of destruction before flipping his own company car onto its roof when it hit a lamppost at 50mph.

As long as the others involved were ok, good riddance.

Because he was reckless enough not to give a shit about killing others?

Tbh I'm not sure I could manage 1 glass of Rosé Frankie.
Monty, my personal view is that this guy didn't care about the fallout from his appalling behaviour, damaging numerous other people's cars or even the fact he could have killed someone innocent bystander, if he couldn't care about that, I don't care about the fact his own excesses killed him.
Btw sorry if I offend anyone with my blunt pov.

I can understand getting hammered - I'm guilty of it myself, but driving afterwards? It hasn't even crossed my mind.
Edit: I don't have to drive as Mrs Gee is teetotal, but at times have thought the M25 would be better tackled drunk.

Yeah I only ever drink and drive when I'm totally pi$$ed. Wouldn't dream of doing it when I'm sober

I don't think he deserved to die. lots of alcohol does funny things to people, where a person may never intend to drive at all, but then the alcohol removes all rational thought.
I never drink and drive and if i have the car with me i don't drink much at all and would never do so, however maybe he went out intending not to drink, got drunk and then being bladdered completely fooked his judgment.
Just another thought....
I feel sorry for his family.

Dont agree sorry, I have been to all all stages of inebriation and never ever once was tempted to drive. I'm just glad no one else was hurt.
