Re: That could have been fatal
The video won't load for me...but the still-shot tells me all I'll ever need to know.
What a total fcuking douchebag. Will he get an attempted murder charge for that...he bloody well deserves one. But I honestly don't know how UK prosecutors approach stuff like that...?

Re: That could have been fatal
Indeed very shocking.
Couple of things that I am left considering.:
Mistry apparently was charged & pled the offences via a postal requisition ????
There is no mention of the outcome of the injuries to his victims. ?? They could well have been left with life changing injuries, that's more than 4 years imho.
There is no description of the incident that sparked Misery to this outrageous conduct. Was it the result of being easily undertaken by a bike when he had been trapped in traffic for an age ( I see that frustration on the faces of cagers more than daily) or did the motorcyclist do something substantive ?

I'm glad that biker got thrown clear of the railings to be honest... I think their landing was the most fortunate outcome of all. If they'd have gotten an arm of leg through the railing they'd probably have suffered an instantaneous amputation. It just doesn't bear thinking about.

Hmmm....just shy of 5 years, and no-one died. I have to believe that the sentence was appropriate, more or less.
He'll probably be out in around 3 years with good behavior.

Re: That could have been fatal
There was a post on Facebook this week on the Midland Motorbikers page showing a bike on its side in the middle of the road and an Audi parked up just past it. Apparently the bike had overtaken the Audi driven by an elderly cnut two miles up the road. The Audi caught up with the bike and rammed him from behind. The drivers excuse for ramming the bike was because 'you overtook me two miles up the road' He should be charged with attempted murder. I tried to find the post but can't find it right now.
