Looked pretty obvious to me, Marquez went in to deep and nearly lost the front and hit Rossi who in my mind was still ahead.

Marquez was too far back for that pass. Rossi would have won anyway.

All Rossi did was avoid the accident. As has been said, let it go.

I seem to remember Marquez running into the side of Lorenzo to take a victory a couple of years ago.

Racing incident simple as that IMO.

Right guy won and Marquez doesnt have anything to complain about and tbh I'm surprised he is which is unusual for him. Seems a different character this season and enjoying it less, as demonstrated by this recent moan.

Hopefully this will fuel some epoic battles on track of which I'm sure Rossi will relish (rock)

I suspect it's more Honda managers making the noise and Marquez is simply going along with it. He and Rossi didn't seem pissed off at the end of the race.

Good point Kwacky, your right about their response after the race from both seemed very sportsman like which is always good to see.

Bully tactics like trying to get a rider to back off if you make dive for the apex don't work with a guy that was racing and winning world championships when Marquez was still at school.

He was wrong to go for a do or die and he knows it, Honda just wouldn't let it lie. (In a Vic Reeves Voice)

Deegee I fully agree with what you have just said 110 % but part of me is glad he did and will in the future also, as it adds to the drama and excitement of the show which is what its all about and needs.

Absolutely. If people aren't prepared to lay it on the line, they don't belong at the top imho, but take a bit of responsibility for your action "I went for it but today it didn't come off" would have been a better way to deal with it I think. Most people would respect him for being honest about it, instead Honda are sticking their lip out and being sore losers.

Totally agree Deegee, absolutely spot on mate (y)

Maybe Rossi should have said to him, his ambition out weighed his talent (giggle)

I think MM would have run wide anyway and used Rossi as a buffer
