Really friendly staff.
I had a long chat with one of them after my test ride. He was adamant that I don't make my mind up today. If I want to go back and take the bike out again they'll have it ready for me.
He's also said I should take the zx10r out, just to experience the speed.
If I want a bike for a day then it's mine. "We buy our bikes for people to ride".
When I take my zx6r I'm going to book a day off and play with a couple of their demo bikes.

Perkles. Why don't you book a test ride on the zx10r? I'm free next Saturday and intend to take the z1000 out.

Re: Kawasaki Birmingham
I might drop in next week when I'm in Brum and have a sit and kick the tyres. I'm going to have a look at the yamahas while I'm over anyway.

If you're thinking about getting your bike serviced there I'm sure they'll be happy to let you have a demo bike for a couple of hours.

Can't beat a decent dealer who wants to have happy returning customers and doesn't do hard sell.
Why they are so many out there who cannot see that is beyond me.

Re: Kawasaki Birmingham
Bit too far for me but won't be using my local kwak dealer Robinsons of Rochdale.
They tried to tell me I couldn't have an extended warranty on my bike unless I arranged it when new which is bollocks you can do it anytime before the 2nd anniversary when the OEM one expires. Also tried to tell me I can only take the bike to the supplying dealer for warranty work. There either stupid or awkward or both but they won't get my custom.
Have heard other horror story's about them too and never been helpful when I'm in there even though the shop is empty they can't help you, too busy on Facebook or what ever.

Re: Kawasaki Birmingham
Cradley Kawasaki have been snotty with me in the past because I didn't buy my bike from them. Tried to book it in for a service, they told me weekend deliveries and collections of bikes were only for people who had bought a bike from them and that they would put my bike down the list if an existing customer wanted something doing.
Great way to build up new customers.
