Former MotoGP™ World Champion Casey Stoner is being lined up to test with HRC again, according moto.it.
The Italian website reports that Stoner will ride at Honda’s home track of Motegi on 29th and 30th October in a particularly important test for the Japanese factory, with the Australian set to use both Bridgestone and Michelin material.
The first day Stoner will take to the track with the RC213V with a version of next season’s Bridgestone tyres, and the next day he will use compounds supplied by Michelin, who will become the Official Tyre Supplier to MotoGP™ in 2016.

Re: Casey Stoner HRC test
Makes sense as they can't use current motogp riders unless an official motogp sanctioned test. Plus he has a similar style to Marquez so a win win for Honda.

This I cannot agree with. Their respective body postions for a start are different. Generally MM has a more rounded back when he rides and his spine is more at an angle across the bike. If you look at Casey he's very square across the chest and shoulders. Casey is taller so doesn't look as stretched on a bike. MM looks like he's wrapped around the tank.
Casey is more precise on the track. You put a coin on a corner and Casey will hit it every lap. MM will vary his lines.
