Weekend Plans
So what's everyone up to then ?
I m taking the family to London for a much needed de-stressing weekend away in London.
Got loads of ideas of things to do but short list is a concert in Hyde park which is on all weekend, emirates air line and Olympic park. Should be good and hope everyone has has a cracking weekend.

Re: Weekend Plans
A weekend of no fixed plans this weekend. If it stops raining Ill take the bike out but if not just a lazy weekend of jobs around the house and watching sport of various types
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

Re: Weekend Plans
Not much planned. It depends on the weather.
Early night. I'm tired.
Tomorrow I've got the kids. My wife seems to be working most saturdays at present.
Sunday out on the bike hopefully. If it looks clear I'll hook up with Dale.

Re: Weekend Plans
Don't know really, not sure if there is anything planned.
I'm just going to go with the flow, might try and get out on the bike for a blast if the weather is good..

Re: Weekend Plans
Out for dinner tonight with friends and my mum is having the little one stay at hers so a small lay-in in the morning.
Then off to get an MRI scan on my knee tomorrow hopefully (they cancelled it last saturday
)
Sunday, not much planned, hobbling around on crutche, unable to drive & not great at walking far doesnt give me a lot of options. Guessing I will be perched on the sofa and watch the MotoGP with a few beers.

Re: Weekend Plans
As Kwacky say all the best for good results on the MRI scan. I had one myself last week and get the results on Tuesday.

Re: Weekend Plans
Cheers chaps - I hope my results dont take too long. I have no idea what I should be doing with my knee (resting it/putting weight on it/bending it/elevating it etc) so the sooner the consultant knows what the damage is the sooner I know what i am supposed to be doing with it to aide the healing process

Re: Weekend Plans
As you say it's difficult if you don't know what damage has been caused. Normally I would recommend gentle movements to make sure it doesn't seize up, but if you're seeing a specialist next week it's probably best to wait for him before I cripple you for good

Re: Weekend Plans
Same as the others Rob, hope you get some good news about your leg soon.
Not much on this weekend, Sunday looks like biblical flood time down here, so it's indoors and a Sunday Roast and MotoGP.
Saturday- might take in a film or something tomorrow night, I think I need to get Mrs Gee away from the laptop and the endless amount of work to sort her classes end of school play, yearbook, concert and party. Her temper is shortening proportionally with the amount of days before the kids break up. Not good.

Re: Weekend Plans
I hope to be out mid wales on Sunday , weather looking settled , missed ride last week so need to get out this week. Might meet up with Kwacky At craven arms for breakfast if weather good. TriumphAndy would have come along except he was hit hard from behind (fnar.fnar ) while in a mates car earlier today. Car was totalled and he is sore, so no bikes this weekend for him. So, shopping and chores tomorrow .sunday = freedom!
