Could have one every day.
You sure you're not related to Mrs Gee in some way Blade? I'm sure I've heard her say that on more than one occasion.

Went to a sushi place in town for the 2nd time this week. I had Tonkatsu pork, Mrs and boy had soft-shell-crab sushi rolls and tempura prawn sushi rolls. Pickled radishes and kimchi on the side and a coooold Korean lager called 'Hite'. Very refreshing.

BBQ, homemade burgers, butchers sausages, chicken kebabs and after a long low cook, some marinaded baby back ribs - oh and some salad as well. All came out exceptionally well!

Like Blade I've been going easy due to lard arse proportions creeping up on me.
But today despite already having my porridge and fruit I've just had a bacon and egg roll as I'm freezing and sitting outside an industrial area cafe waiting on my bike.

Yep.....another mid-life fatty here.
I skip lunch....then make sure I don't "make up for it" later on.
But I definitely need to exercise more...been slacking a LOT lately.

I get plenty enough exercise at work (cue the usual joke), and fortunately don't have to worry about what I eat - except from a nutritional pov. Hence I've just eaten a big plate of pea & asparagus linguine with prawns and hot smoked salmon all in an unctuous creamy cheese sauce.
It was bellisimo!

Enchiladas, one of my favourites - it was my welcome home dinner as I've been away all week. Again.
