I think I may as well make the front couch my bed as 20 minutes after flopping on there I'm asleep

I'm slobbing out. I've washed one of the cars. I'm about to wash the SX. Hedges need trimming but it keeps on raining.

Oh bugger.. not too many hours left in the day either - looks like you'll have to wait for another weekend
I've cleaned both our cars with her help this morning, done some revision for this weeks exams and sorted out my car insurance. I'm going to be taking the battery out of my old car to put on charge then set about getting that thing sold in the next couple of weeks too!!

Emptied all the kitchen cupboards and had a good getting-rid and rearranging session and with this on loud in the background...

A variety of odd jobs that I've been getting heavy hints about for a couple of weeks, feel knackered now and haven't done half of what I wanted.
Blade, let 'em cover you in a duvet where you drop - at least you'll recharge your batteries.
Tony, bit freaky as I've been looking at decks this weekend - Mrs Gee owes me a new one after a faulty Crimbo pressie went back for a credit.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Just ventured up our new local for the first time.
Heard it had a good rep but first impressions are very good. Nice restaurant, my fave beers on draught, nice lounge and beer garden. Live acts at the weekend and very swanky. Thinking I'm going to like it here.
Just ordered their 21 day prime rib eye so hoping it lives up to expectations

Not flying to work
Hand got massively infected, a hairs whisker away from IV antibiotics before the oral meds kicked in. Review next Monday after I've finished this course and maybe out to work the following Wednesday.
This was Sunday evening
The upside is Byron has learnt how to run a 6 speed gear box from the passengers seat!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Sat in the conservatory revising for tomorrow's exam - this exam is ridiculous.
Oh and get this... it's possible to score 103 out of 100 if you answer the "Bonus Question" in Q8. Does my head in. I do engineering where precision, accuracy and repeatability is key - how can they allow 103 out of 100 to be possible?!

Re: What are you doing today ??
WTF?? I'm with you Cav, that's just silly. A lot of my exams for Aircraft Trade had safety fails, where getting one of 6-10 critical questions wrong would have you fail regardless of your score, but getting 103% makes no sense.Cav wrote:Sat in the conservatory revising for tomorrow's exam - this exam is ridiculous.

I should be covering a trial in Norwich but on day 1 of a 6 week trial the other defendant decided to see if a deal could be struck.
So now I'm in the office with nothing to do because I had cleared my desk for the week

Re: What are you doing today ??
Playing race the train. There was a broken down freight train at my station and we where sat at the previous station, 6.5 miles away.
Got bored waiting and jumped on the bike, did have a laugh with the driver.... Race ya...
I won as the freight train was still at the station when I got there.
