Re: Why do I let myself in for things
Just remembered that the dislocation caused me lots of ITB (Iliotibial Band) problems as my knee cap swing around to the outside of my knee. So keep that in mind because it took my physio a while to recognise what the issue was, which made rehab harder.
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Re: Why do I let myself in for things
Thanks for your messages I've bought a sturdy knee brace I had a couple of weeks where I could barely walk but now I can walk about fairly well can't bend my knee all the way yet but due to not getting sick pay I've had to go back to work
Hospital reckons at least 3 months till its back to how it was before I did it
Having to go easy on it at work well as easy as I can pushing bikes around
Haven't had physio yet hospital said my gp will arrange it my gp says I have to refer myself for it and most likely they will just email me exercises
