Don't think he will beat that on a 675 straight are far to long only if the closed it for the TV show he got held up abit

Yeah...I don't see it either. Do they have 'classes' for the bikes, etc......like at Bonneville??
I could see him doing it and failing...almost on purpose as it were...then returning on a different bike to actually make it happen.
Two TV shows...twice the ratings, etc. for the one 'event'.

Possibly, but imho more likely he's learning the track on a "hack" bike prior to some serious laps on a bigger faster bike. It's how they learn the Island after all, just lap after lap after lap.
