It's difficult to think of two pieces of music but "At Last" by Etta James and "Albatross" work very well. Of course "Don't Fear the Reaper" should suit those in my family that have a sense of humour and that know me well.

Adagio in G minor by Albanoni (arranged by Giazotto). And of course, the venue should suitably contain a very large pipe organ with perhaps a string quartet. And Miserere by Gregorio Allegri, of course with a full choir as well.

There won't be a dry eye in the house!!

Problem is, I'm not religious and most large pipe organs are found in Catholic, or at least significant churches. And another problem would finding the Choir.

And it's likely there will be few attending, which would probably mean the music will sound even better.

Ahh but you don't know that.

When my dad passed away, we had some weird stuff happened in our house for a few weeks afterwards.

We had the radio turn itself on twice and the TV once when nobody had touched either. One of the radio happenings was in the middle of the night. None have happened before or since.
