Woke at 4.30 this morning wringing wet with sweat and generally feeling sorry for myself,gutted I've had to miss this but feeling pretty ill at the moment

Just got back, dropped the track bike off, and have thrown the gear in the shed... I'm fecking knackered !!

Great to meet you steveo, shame you couldn't get the bike sorted for the last couple of sessions, you where looking great in the sessions I watched you. Also it was really good to catch up with Jack, Kwacky, and Duke. I really can't believe it's been best part of 3 years since I've seen Duke.

I'm too tired to do a write up tonight, so will try tomorrow. The day turned into one of the best fun trackdays I've had in a very long time though..

Likewise it's always nice to put a face to someone, and yes bit gutted I couldn't go back out but second look at the bike it doesn't look too bad so I'll be back... Thanks, and you weren't looking too shabby yourself in the last couple of sessions!
