Pembrey 7th/8th May
Is anyone travelling deep into South West Wales this weekend for a trackday in Pembrey?
I'm very tempted but just waiting to see who out of my mates is going

Re: Pembrey 7th/8th May
It's about 6 hours away from Brum. If I ever did Pembrey again it would have to be another weekender like last time.
I've got happy memories of that place.

Re: Pembrey 7th/8th May
I can't do this one, but keeping an eye on Pembrey for later in the year. My best mate lives about 25 minutes away and has a field/meadow we could camp in. Plus possibly some of the best roads ever on the way down.

You know you can camp in the paddock the night before for free right?
There are some decent roads though especially if you come down from Llangadog

Got any photos? I'll keep an eye out for them
Hoping to get there before the last session of today to have a watch with a cider in my hand!

Re: Pembrey 7th/8th May
I didn't see anyone on an RSV4 besides some guy in an orange bib so I assumed it was an instructor?

Re: Pembrey 7th/8th May
Given his speed on the straights I was surprised he didn't get past you again.

Re: Pembrey 7th/8th May
@Kwacky: I was surprised he didn't pass me too but at the end of the vid when I let him pass at Turn 1 (I went in on that lap because I was tired - we were doing 30min sessions for some reason). I did have the better of him in the corners but his speed on the straights was significant as you say
@kingfixer: Ahh okay, I might have seen one of them then
This guy seemed to know what he was doing anyway, I could tell he wasn't pushing it but also knew he knew what he was doing if that makes sense. His bike sounded amazing with the quickshifter!! haha
I got a 1.03.00 - very nearly got my target of 1.02 !!!
