Some of the remains of yesterday's roast pork, but marinaded in a stir fry sauce of my own creation, better than anything I've had in a packet. Nom nom.

Thick cut pork chop with onion chutney on top then cheese on top and melted under the grill. I could have eaten 2 I reckon.
