Too much sugar, way to much salt, to much fat, this Fitbit calorie reader is showing up some real interesting nutritional facts about the food I am eating.....and these are foods you would not expect. Fish fingers come out well though ha ha

An all you can eat breakfast buffet.
Being a buffet it wasn't as nice as a freshly cooked one but hey, unlimited bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes (if you like that sort of thing), a cheese and bacon potato hash concoction, and a Yorkshire pudding with bacon in it and a gravy with a hint of tomato in it, all for £3.99?!?!?
Can't argue with that, and I won't need to eat until the evening now!
