No Rossgo, he's gone back to Court as the family lodged an appeal to have him convicted of murder rather than manslaughter.

He shot 4 times it was clearly murder regardless who was behind the door. If he had wanted to stop an intruder one shot would have done that. Too shoot 4 times he wanted to kill someone.

Justice has prevailed and he has got what he deserves.
