Weekend plans
What you all up to?
Going into town for an eye test then a spot of lunch with a beer or two. Gym later.
Sam is working tomorrow so I've got the kids but my daughter goes to dance at midday and my son is going to a mates party in the afternoon. Not sure what we're doing in the evening.
Might get out on the bike on Sunday. If not some cleaning and a brake fluid change on the SX.

Re: Weekend plans
Surprise wedding reception for my Uncle and Aunt tonight.
Bike cleaning tomorrow I think. Brakes and chain are sound but the rest of the bike has a 'weathered' look after commuting in the shite weather this week. I'll give it a wipe over with an ACF soaked rag too. I also have a Tiger 800 top box that I need to give a wipe over before it goes on eBay along with a new in box Tiger 800 OE chain and sprocket kit.
Sunday I'm taking my boy Christmas shopping to buy something for his mum.

Re: Weekend plans
Got the kids tomorrow as the wife is out.
Probably spend most of Sunday recovering from that.
Unless I'm really unlucky as the dining room is due to be painted.

Sadly its going to have to be fixed with a new one... thinking of replacing the whole set... not sure if I should modernise and go after market or get Honda originals?? 2003 Fireblade... RETRO indicators....

Re: Weekend plans
The review is, it was bloody freezing. Still had snow on some of the roads I rode. Only did 55miles today as was short on time and started to get cold. I actually did 85 miles altogether as had to ride to the factory on my bike first.kiwikrasher wrote:Do they expect it back clean?D6 wrote:Running in one of the new street twins for the press release. SO mean I got to do 200 miles tomorrow. think I need a destination.
Took pics and I have to feedback about the ride anyway, but I'm afraid I can't pass anything on until it's released and the press have their say.

You have the perfect excuse for some selfish riding time.."Sorry Hun, I have too, it's my job"D6 wrote:The review is, it was bloody freezing. Still had snow on some of the roads I rode. They wanted to cover the whole bike to protect it from me, but I rode off before they could get the other rolls of tape.kiwikrasher wrote:Whats with the tape all over the tank? Camouflage?
