Rad is free of debris, fans run, a little too much they are very quickly. Quick run up the dual carriage way to Halfords to pick up some coolant. When I came out the warning on the dash came up, "check Coolant" topped up with water drove home, she was hissing and fizzing like a good one buy the time I was home... all of 3 miles. No leaks but boiling up and out of the overflow part of the top up container. arghhhh!!!

Try a new cap. If the current one is stuffed i.e. Lost spring pressure, the system won't hold pressure and boil at a lower temperature than normal. Increase pressure increases boiling temperature.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Cheers mate, I was thinking that myself, I ordered one about 56 mins ago ha ha ha
I thought this and the thermostat both of relative low cost is worth a try, (After reading a load of forums and other posts for people on this subject).
if it does not work in the morning my local garage can have it and tell me what's wrong, I have had enough!!! and to top it all I did not get a third interview on the job I went for, but nobody can tell me why, so that has also pissed me off, as I thought it went really well and I was looking forward moving forward with this lot.
To say I am on a downer is an understatement....

Re: What are you doing today ??
No mate I left there, it was a case of handing in my notice prior to the 3 month so I could be out in a week, rather than a full month, that I could not handle.
I am sure I will, thanks mate, it was a bit of a kick, as I thought this one went exceptionally well. Oh well obviously the universe did not deem this one good enough for my skills and talents ha ha.

Mate everything happens for a reason, don't know why just yet but maybe there's something else in the pipeline you haven't seen yet and will be a better opportunity and have better prospectsFrankie wrote:No mate I left there, it was a case of handing in my notice prior to the 3 month so I could be out in a week, rather than a full month, that I could not handle.

Hope it is just a cap Frankie as there's bugger all else left! I'm not intimate with those cars so sorry can't be much help.
Sorry to hear about the job, third interview?? Is that normal?? Seems OTT. You had a second interview at another place to though didn't you?

Re: What are you doing today ??
Cheers
, that other one was strange, the company interviewing went back to square one!!!! I.e. Nobody got the job, they decided to start the whole process all over again, I don't think they knew what they wanted, talk about wasting people's time.....I thought I had that one nailed as well ha ha ha.....
If I don't get any feedback tomorrow, Oh bugger I mean today, better get some sleep..... I will phone the company myself and ask why, what have I got to loose....suppose to be going through the headhunter outfit, but they are not forth coming.

Not so much today but tomorrow.
I'm taking my lad to BSB at Oulton Park tomorrow and after reading him a story and putting him to bed tonight I turn the light out and said good night. My lad shouted back "Daddy we will have a great day tomorrow"
Bless him he made my day

Re: What are you doing today ??
Being very proud of my little girl.
Don't know if they use it in the UK, but here we use a online program called Mathletics, and as they do modules they get points. The school has started presenting a trophy to the student who accumulates the most points in the fortnight. The first week a boy won it with 2750 points. My 6 year old daughter thought "I want to win that" and for the full fortnight she just smashed it, doing modules instead of watching TV before bed, sneaking some in before school and a good hour while I was working with my son on his homework each night. Her tally for the fortnight was 6900 points and she got the trophy!
so proud or her determination and work ethic. They were all pretty shocked at the assembly that a kindergarten student took it out!
Then at swimming lessons after school the teacher has suggested Jorja should join the local swimming squad because she's years ahead with her swimming and would probably clean up.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Been to the first University open day visit for my son to Sheffield.
The University looks great, the course is first class and it looks to be a nice play to live.
Apparently the 'happiest' City in the UK though quite how they measure that I'm not sure.
Oh and the Head of his department was fit. Wearing a short tight knitted dress and boots with heels made me want to go there too.
