Re: job interview
I got put thru an interview techniques course as part of my redundancy package and the biggest thing I took from it was being prepared for the physiological behavioural type questions. The course book I got had a page of the most common ones. They said to have a story to answer each one. I'd did this and got asked about a third of them. Dunno if they are used much in your line of work or area of the world but it's definitely what got me thru the interview.
It's questions like, explain a time where you disagreed with something management where doing and what did you do about it, or, tell us about a time you did something less than ideal or wrong at work and how you recovered from it.
I'm going back up to the house today, I'll see if I can find the book and take some pics of the pages for you.
Good luck matey.

Re: job interview
I have to do personality exams before the interview. I got lucky with this one as I was off the chart for the section "consideration/caring nature to others"
The Big boss man in my second interview said he'd never seen anyone's chart with a result of someone so unsympathetic and thought it must be a mistake. I said, naaa, that's about right. you can all get fecked..... lol. Not that last bit.
