Re: Tankslap Tour Of Wales - 22nd July
One of the reasons I have never expanded my business is any further is I have seen the hassles business owners have with employees and i just don't need that.
I know how it was the bain of Bratty's life dealing with people not turning in for work even when he was away on holiday.

Weather says mainly cloudy/ sunny intervals so I'm gonna assume we're on for now. Do you want to pm me your number Mike and we can sort out meeting in Chester?Deano wrote:Blade will meet you at Raven then about 9:30 or maybe a little earlier if you planned on getting Breckie there, I'll be on a blue GSX-R 600.
Andy do you wanna meet up in Chester somewhere and we can ride over to Raven?
Is it just gonna be the 4 of us now then...? I know kwacky n Juke have pulled out but there were a few other names on the list wasn't there...?
Looking forward to it now I really hope the weather is nice!

Re: Tankslap Tour Of Wales - 22nd July
Duke. Totally agree getting the work life balance is 100% the right thing to do. My sister has a physical problem which came about by stress at work.
I ve done two stressful jobs in my time and glad the one I have now is something I can manage. I actually took a step back from a more senior position as I used to run a squad of 14 guys with a lot of responsibility and it believe me it was aways hassle and my day ended up being 2-3 hours long than the rest of the team. Im so glad that is behind me now.

Andy i'll meet you at the Bill Smith Honda garage on the A41 (same place as last time) about 8:45 and we'll have a pootle over to Raven to meet Blade, sounds like he's got a plan regarding the route n everything so hopefully will be a cracking day... weather forecast is not too bad with sunny spells being touted.
Blade is it just the four of us booked in now then...?

No Dale? Thought he would be up for this.
As expected work means I can't make it. Early start for me tomorrow.

Re: Tankslap Tour Of Wales - 22nd July
I'm out all day
with no time limits as can spoil the day imo. As long as home before dark I'll be happy.
All joking aside we could well be done for 630 but cant promise it. If its dry I will be out all day and making the most of it.
If people want to peel of and head off early obviously that's fine.

I think we will get a few showers throughout the course of the day, but unless I get up and its a monsoon I'm up for this and will be wearing leathers too.

Yes certainly am up for it. I didn't manage to remind my bosses I'm off today so will be interesting for them for the day
I will see what the weather is like in the morning and decide what clothes to use. however I am opting for leathers also and bring waterproofs along
Been looking forward to this since the day you posted it up Blade!
