Make sure you watch Marquez 'flat-tracking' his RCV round the corner. I'm sure it will be shown over and over again. Even Colin Edwards and neil Hodgson were dumbstruck by it.
You think you have seen everything this guy can do and then he does something even more unbelievable. Yet he looks like he is just out pissing about on bikes rather than qualifying for the top level of bike racing.
Motogp qualifying - Marquez.

Just watched it Duke. Flat tracking is a good description.
I would love to have 1% of this lads talent.

Imagine him in a two stroke 500
I really hope in years to come we get to see him sliding a 500 at a classic event or festival of speed or similar.

Have a watch of this, Blade particularly the section from 15 seconds to approx 40 seconds. Its says all about why he is so talented. Everyone else would have their feet down at points, he doesn't even bother to put his leg out to even think about it. He doesn't need to do it.

Re: Motogp qualifying - Marquez.
I had a row on a Facebook group last week because some of the posters were suggesting he's only fast because he's on the best machine and the bike does most of the work.

Totally agree Kwacky. Couldn't be further from the truth, and apparently the rcv is not the winning ticket everyone thinks it is. Yes its fast but its quite difficult to master I believe.

Re: Motogp qualifying - Marquez.
Apparently HRC are having a bit of a dilemma.
Marquez is totally unique in his style when comoared to all other current Honda racers. Do HRC develop the bike for he majority of racers or specifically for Marquez at the sacrifice of the other racers performance and subsequent results ?
Tough call.
