Went to the gym yesterday but stupidly forgot that the racing started at 4pm, so did a very fast session of deadlifts, shrugs and arms.

Home in time for Moto3 :)

Mapped out my 12 week training plan for the 1/2 marathon in July, which gives me 4 weeks to ramp up to be able to handle the training plan without breaking myself this time.

Just that wore me out :D

Doing hamstring stretches the day after deadlifts is no fun at all.

(y) keep us up to date with progress mate...

Did a run with the club tonight, Was planned to be a 5 miler, but I parked up at the gym and ran to the meet point which added a bit extra. Ended up running just short of 14km in 1:22, not bad for a "recovery run"...

Triceps are were arm size comes from benching (use a close grip for more triceps focus) , military shoulder press. French press anything really that works the triceps and work them till they hurt remember to squeeze your muscle when you doing the exercise.

For biceps i just curl heavy.

Like Rocket says heavy curls for bicep size, we used to do cheat curls which didn't look pretty but hammered the bicep, we would end up with the last set curling our body weight which was 85-90 kilo then.

Thanks both.

I can curl about half my body weight so I've got some work to do.

Eat chocolate, chips and any deep fried frozen food, smoke Benny & hedges, swear a lot, drink Stella or cheap wine and play bingo 3 times a week and your arms will triple in size. You'll have the best wings in Brum (giggle)

Did some core and cardio. I've got some lower back pain going on which is irritating but I can't ignore it, so I'm taking it easy.

I seem to have hurt my foot.. No idea what I've done but it hurt like hell earlier in the week and it came back today after some walking.

Going to have to see how it goes before running again. Bit annoyed as my running was really starting to get quite strong.

Got back on the bike for the first time since being knocked off and knocked out a few weeks ago. It went OK, though I was pretty nervous with the amount of braindead mongs with their uncontrolled kids and dogs in Cannon Hill Park. I decided that the roads should be pretty quiet on a Bank Holiday Sunday so came home via the Pershore Road. it was only 6 miles, but it felt really good to be back in the saddle. Hope I can start to lose some of the stone I've put on recently.....
