yes and as ive found out a garage must be alarmed and locked up to the hilt, anyway to slow them down or put them off was the local coppers advice
I still cant believe your bike was stolen and ridden for so long and so local to you

How many cars have you seen lifted into the back of a transit van ? Also it states some of the reason for higher premiums when Parking in a garage is because the car driver bangs the car and claims for repairs not because of theft.
Just my two pence worth on the subject mate, not meant to offend in anyway

Well I've just put some extra locks on the garage door they shoot into the side. It will not stop them but maybe put some people off.
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

Put the tankpad protector on it. Not 100%. I'll leave it for a couple of weeks and have another look.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Made a shim and exchanged it for the OEM one to adjust the clearance on the gear lever arm.
Was quite wobbly and loose as standard and is now as smooth and positive as aftermarket rearsets.
Will have to road test to fully check if the action is improved but pretty pleased with the results and looks very positive to me so far.
One area the ten is slightly lacking is in a very slick gear change and I'm hoping by removing alot of the lateral free play in the gear change arm the action will be significantly improved.

Washed it.
Looked like I had ridden through a muddy field yesterday but it only rained for the last 5 miles on the ride.

I did as well
But it was part of the plan as the petrol cap needs to be removed to relief pressure when removing the tank.

Rubbish, it's the first law of biking bling. Aesthetics first!
