Re: What are you doing today ??
Duke if it helps when I was running I went to one of the big chain running stores and had video gait analysis done and it is very effective, its also free which is always a bonus, haha. The store I used allowed you to change the shoes within 30 days if there recommendation was not suitable, which I did no quibble.
Other tip is change shoes very 500 miles. Sounds like a sales scam to get you to buy more shoes but I can confirm it's not and makes a huge difference in reduce knne and shin splint pain. If you use old shoes the shock absorption is compressed over time and become effectively useless.

Trying to sort out my laptop. It died this morning. Switched itself off and wouldn't respond when I tried to get it to fire up again. No reason why.
I've got an extended warranty so fingers crossed it gets sorted.

Managed to sort my laptop. The joys of the internet.
Had someone round to give me a quote for the front garden so I can house both bikes there.

Today I will be mostly cutting my arms in the hope that makes some bloke from a boy band change his mind about leaving.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Been to watch the girls play footy (my old team I used to coach) and thrashed the opposition 3-0. Then went out and bought a brand new bin! Our old one was far too small and when it got quarter full we ended up having to take the bag out and carry on using it like that! Wasn't a very nice way of do I g things really!!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Bought eldest nutz new shoes, that was expensive. Bought myself some new running trainers, that was more expensive. Put an offer in on a house, that could really be expensive..
I'm going out for a pint in a bit, should be a bit cheaper
