A lovely "heathy options" chicken pasta thingy but only 385 cals.
TBH for diet food it was very tasty, just not very filling

I'm experimenting with marinades and pastes. I've got some turkey breasts sat in a coriander, chili, garlic and ginger paste. Should be ready for this evening's dinner. I reckon grilled and put in some fresh ciabatta with a lime sauce.
