D600 fairing bolt kit.

Does anyone have a good link for buying a full Daytona 600 fairing kit? Seems it's unrealistic to have your bike apart for three years and still have all the bits for it

I would have thought Pro-Bolt did but they don't list the bike.

Found one seller on eBay that was in the UK, but it's seemed quite expensive. I'll try the UK site specifically.

This is the only one I could find. It doesn't fill me with confidence that it's a specific too the 600. The main bolt I'm missing is that larger double stepped one on the lower fairing. Just thought it was a good excuse to refresh all the bolts...

If you know the sizes you should be able to order the ones you want from someone closer to home. It would work out a lot cheaper.

Might be the way to go, i was being lazy & remembered back in the D600.org days there was a kit someone got organised, I actually think it was ProBolt now you you've mentioned it. Must be discontinued.

I've changed ALL of my stainless fairing bolts to black anodised ones aswell as my top yoke nut, petrol cap bolts, exhaust hanger bolts, exhaust bolts, front pinch nuts, heel plate nuts, fairing infills and probably some more ..... and yes I sourced them from ProBolt.

ProBolt are in Tewkesbury ( and within my Sales Area at the time ) and I too made the same enquiries.
I made a list of how many of each size I needed and took a sample of each one down where they have a tradecounter and they let me buy directly.
They even come with thin nylon washers so they'll tighten with damaging the paint work

It got to a stage where I was going to take my bike down so they could make a full list of every nut and bolt so they could record them and list them but it never happened.

I keep saying every time I take my rear wheel out that I want to change the axel nut and spacer blocks

Just don't go with colored alloy bolts....they look feckin' rank.....silverish or maybe black is the only way to go......I mean seriously, you gotta question the ADHD potential of someone THAT obsessed with everything. "matching".

The bikes going to be Silver now D, so I'm only keen on the silver/stainless steel colour.

I'll have a dig around....I went with Dzus fasteners a while back...which frankly are OK, but I wouldn't go out of my way recommending them unless you're ripping the bike apart after every session...,but they're handy all the same.....in some locations, just not all.
