Re: What are you doing today ??
Today is just assessing area's and driving by a few potential homes in our price bracket to confirm we are 100% committed to moving and like what we can afford in the area's we are considering moving too.
We won't view any property until were sold. If we sell and there is nothing available to our liking at that time we will move into rented and then be in a stronger chain free, cash buyer position to force a better deal on our purchase.
Early days and many different plans of attack at the moment, just need to confirm we like the area's we have short listed and our budget is realistic before we even market our own property.

think I'm just about sober now , head hurts , out with the RM till 4.30 ish (a.m) , awesome day yesterday ride on the ORC ( Offshore Raiding Craft ) them things can shift and we apparently only went about 50% , I was soaked , HMS Bulwark very impressive bit of kit ,very functional . no photo's there were men with guns , the awards do went really well food was great bar was free until it shut at 1am and then we hit the town I am quite pleased my drinking skills are on a par with those guys , but they could probably do it all again today where I think I'll probably need a month or two till I could even contemplate doing it again . Top weekend , also made some new contacts and looking like getting plenty of work from the teams other sponsors who were very complimentary about my work

That's why I do everything myself, it's silly money. I would love to know how many tens of thousands I've saved across the last 20 years...Kwacky wrote:It's something else, isn't it?

Had a giggle with some milf school teacher today who is in my lads class.
My youngest is 4 years old and apparently told the teacher he didn't want any dirty beer in school today he only drinks it at the weekends with his dad
