I have eaten to much this evening...a roast, a Belgian bun, a scone with jam at home after work and just had a cheeky brownie down in Southampton now off home...feeling it now though :-( I've done this to myself I know!! Lol

Omelette with cheeese and tomato... was supposed to be southern fried chicken, but when I went to take it out the oven it was stone cold as the bloody oven is bust!!!!! Thank god for Google, found the part I need and ordered it.

A Chinese too much full was still full in the morning but had to force a bowl of cereal down me as if I don't I'll feel like crap in a few hours time now feel really full and have to go to my manual job :-(
