No, I'm off today (I've been working while you lot have been off).
However I wish I was at work, because I feel like death warmed up & I really hate wasting my time off by being ill.

Still home here as well. Popping into work today to let them know I'm back in the UK and they can stop paying me the overseas allowance.

I know. But they'd only take it off me once they realised I was back.
On the upside, I do get a council tax rebate for the time I was away.

OK...I'd just never heard the term before...and even less so than with your usual jocularity & sense of convivial good grace.

Are the people who have the house your interested in buying prepared to accept any offer when your house isn't sold ?
Cheers chap. At the moment things are looking good, put our house on the market a lunch time and already have a viewing booked in already
Still waiting to see what will happen with our offer.

Sat at work, freezing my nuts off.
We've got a gas leak. They've opened windows and doors but told us we don't need to leave the buidling.
It's been nice knowing you.
