Ducati Performance front mudguard for the 748.

I've been after one for ages as it will match the other carbon bits on the bike ( same carbon weave and not to glossy finish) and found this at a very decent price.

Creatine !! don't double dose at the start .. some manufactures put this in there directions but don't bother its a waste

I used it for about 6 weeks and it seemed to work. DOMs weren't as bad and I got a bit of growth. It's hard to say if it works because I'm not following a plan and looking to bulk up.

A new flying jacket size medium that would fit giant haystacks so sending it back and ordered a small.
