Err.....aren't those 'ladies' a little big??
They kinda break one of my #1 dating rules, which is to never date someone who is larger than yourself.

Do girls seriously go out dressed like that thinking how hot they must look? They must have bad eyesight or no mirrors at home.

It's not their looks...everyone is not going to be stunningly attractive...I get that. It's dressing up like a frickin' circus clown and pretending you are...all the while dropping out endearing tidbits like "Sharon, let's go and get legless!!", or "Julie..I just barfed...what time is the last bus??"
KK....I think you would love the UK....it's full of some great people....you'd just want to avoid any city centre on a Saturday night.

Re: Sooooooo??
And while we're on.....am I old-fashioned?? Someone commented on this the other day, as whenever I'm introduced to someone, I always stand up (I'm talking a bar setting where someone comes to your table)....I've always done it??
I get comments about this stuff all the time.....I don't think it's weird that I enjoy cooking, or taking a plate to my gal....pulling out a chair for her, or nowt like that?? The new generation seem to have lost the old ways.

Re: Sooooooo??
Yes, you're old fashioned doing stuff like that, but then so am I, imho it's rude not to hold doors open, hold coats to put on etc etc, politeness costs nothing and wins friends and respect. One of my pet hates is blokes that don't remove hats indoors - baseball caps mainly these days, and I know that marks me as coming from another age.

Re: Sooooooo??
Aieee!!
I might be guilty of that....I often wear a baseball cap indoors. I don't suppose it hurts that we live less than a mile from the stadium??
Still...in many ways a cultural thing...although I do get it...I've just worn headgear all my life....but the small things....asking for your lass to get served before you....like you say, holding a coat for her... all that stuff seems to have fallen by the wayside.
Frankly I enjoy that stuff...I enjoy the values small acts like that represent....I'm not trying for a moment to harken back to "days of yore" or other crap like that.....I'm not frickin' Gandalf!!

Re: Sooooooo??
Haha! Yep, was always taught that men remove hats when entering a building, especially a house and the worst of all a church. Yet a woman was excused from all the hat etiquette for some reason, must have been a woman that came up with idea I think. Lol
Edit - men also remove hats when a funeral passes, but tbh I've never worn a hat other than a lid in all my adult life.

Re: Sooooooo??
Yep....US military, you will get bolloxed for wearing a hat indoors....the movies are pretty crap about that.
I don't wear one 'cos it hides a bald spot or nowt.....
