Couldn't be bothered to cook tonight, so we've had Chinese omelettes...you know, those huge mad egg concoctions made in Chinese chip shops!!! (mm)

I have been treated to amazing food everyday by incredible chefs I get home I was awake by 0530 and what I have is a banana for breakie haha!! Prob good mind as I'm sure I've added easily half a stone maybe more from holiday haha!!

Lotus Caremalised Biscuit Spread.

Yep, you read that right. You know the little Caremalised biscuits you sometimes get with a brew at a cafe? Well they make a spread now. At first you think "what the deuce? This'll never work" but it does.
Especially with the crunchy version. It tastes like you've just dunked one of the bicuits in your brew!
