We have a problem with car cruising round here at weekends and sometimes hear them racing round the roads at 2-3am in the morning.

We just don't have enough police to enforce the laws we have anymore.

Got the same near me... in the morning all i can see is tyre marks on every round about, where they have been doughnutting them !!!
Not just a few, they obviously go around and around loads of times.... and not a police person in sight.....
