I've been constantly tired for the last few months and I get really light headed when I exercise.

The Dr wants to investigate a cardio cause, I don't think it's cardio. I either think it's the blood pressure tablets, or they have misdiagnosed the blood pressure and are treating a symptom rather than the cause.

Into my third day of gastro.. not fun. I was still trying to plod through as it’s the school holidays but it’s got worse and after a loss of containment episode I’ve pull up stumps and ceasing activities. Teens can fend for themselves

GWS mate.

I'm really struggling with my shoulder after I came off the enduro bike 4 weeks ago now.

In so much pain this evening it was hard to use a fork to eat my dinner. It's starting to get on my tits now

6 days later and I’m finally out the other side of the gastro.

Jess woke up this morning, seems it’s her turn :S

Fingers crossed it's not with her for the same sort of duration.

From a positive perspective, maybe it will have assisted you in keeping your weight down. ;)

She went back to work today after 3 days off. I have IBS so those sorts of things wipe me out.

I lost 4 kgs (happy)

Slight headache, feeling tired, slightly stuffy nose, a bit of a sore throat, reduced sense of smell and taste. I think I've got a very mild dose of C19.

A bit battered from the weekends escapades, I've got a wicked bruise coming up on my right thigh.

I also managed to get bitten by something on the chest while riding. Bearing in mind I was wearing a t-shirt, an MX top, and full MX body armour, I have no idea how it got to my skin. Feckin hurts now and I've just seen the pharmacist who confirmed it's infected. Waiting for a call from a GP and no doubt a course of antibiotics.

My son... he's got his first fat lip and it's a WHOPPER! He fell onto the top of the footboard of his bed on his lip/teeth. The amount of blood and instant ballooning was quite astonishing.

Has two days of bad body aches and headaches with night sweats and hot and cold fever the night between. No other symptoms at all and woke up on the third day like nothing had happened…. Was sure it was Covid coming back again.

My right knee had developed a clicking sound when I use the stairs.
