Surely was. Some epic racing and a great atmosphere too.
I would love to do a proper trackday at Silverstone after the two laps i did on Thursday. It seems a great track to ride.

I used to have a thing for MotoGP at Donny, but have to say that Silverstone wins hands down.
With grandstand seating at Woodcote, a big screen right in front of us and beer on tap right through the weekend, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Re: Silverstone GP Thread (with spoilers)
Just watched the race... Now that was a good race, waiting a bit for the lorenzo wine about the overtake.
Lorenzo has deffo got the bit between his teeth, I think that battle is going to hot up as the season closes down. Props to Dovi, that duke was looking pretty comfortable. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come from the ducati camp

Did anybody watch moto 2 and see Jeremy McWilliams getting lapped ? I hope he was paid a shite load of money, two pretty nasty crashes in practice and pole and then getting lapped in the race my question has to be why do it ?

I think you answered your own question. If someone paid me I'd do moto2, but I'd have been lapped 10 timesBratty wrote:Did anybody watch moto 2 and see Jeremy McWilliams getting lapped ? Re: Silverstone GP Thread (with spoilers)
I think it was also partly down to a bit of testing, using the air time as a great platform to show case your intentions as a bike manufacturer like that with massive history.
I was trying to time the laps and he was consistent, but about 10 secs slower than the rest.
