So the RAC are fecking pointless, they estimated between 3-5 hours for someone to get to me. A quick ask in the petrol station and they suggested a local mobile car tyre guy, so gave him a call.. 45 mins later he had been and plugged the tyre and I was back on my way..
This was roughly the out leg, I've got no idea about the return leg.. it kind of followed parts of the same route but deviated quite a bit.. The bike says 175 miles for the return.. All in all I left at 9am and got home 6pm

I'm bloody knackered now... The roads are in a terrible state across the south, there is far too much traffic about even on a work day when the kids are back at school, and the back roads where covered in tractors and combines..
There where quite a few roads though that made it all worth while,,, Theres not even a mm of chicken strip left on my rear tyre
