Re: What ails you today?
I don't have any IBS symptoms.
The pain I've got is very low down on the left side by my pelvis. It's constant and isn't like cramps.

Re: What ails you today?
My back & my left hand are killin' me this morning.
I had a bit of an unplanned dismount off my mountain bike yesterday, and I'm definitely feeling it today.
Ouch.

Dammit. I sliced my back open with a safety razor while shaving.
And before anyone asks - no, I wasn't shaving my back....I was tying my hair back with a hair-tie-thing and also had a razor in my hand at the same time.
It smarts.

Re: What ails you today?
pain in the left kidney area , where the tumour is necrotic , co-codamol makes it bearable but doesn't stop it .

Re: What ails you today?
That sounds awful mate! The necrotic tumour is the "desired outcome" isn't it?

Re: What ails you today?
I was told it's a good thing , doesn't feel like it though , my kidney and adrenal gland are swollen which is probably the cause of the pain , and yes killing the tumour is the desired but somewhat unexpected ( for me ) result of chemo , I think they wanted to reduce the cancer everywhere equally but it seems to have worked very well on my left kidney and not so great elsewhere although there is some reduction in the size of the tumour in the lung , I have had another treatment since that scan and am hopeful that the reduction has continued .

Re: What ails you today?
I seem to be bouncing from one minor ailment to another. I've got a chesty cough at the moment.
I'm looking forward to Christmas and being able to get some rest.

Re: What ails you today?
The cold I've been fending off for weeks seems to be getting a hold of me.
I've had tiny amounts of sleep for 4 days and been doing extra looking after of my Son because my Wife's been so ill. Feel like shite.

Re: What ails you today?
Now on day 8 of feeling crap. Fever broke on Sunday, now left with the sore throat from hell, banging headache and snotty hooter!
. Still finding it hard to keep my balance, standing up for to long is not a good idea, get very light headed.
