i put on 3 kg eating room service and drinking cider over that 9 days isolating, so I'm eating f**k all out here at work.
Skipping breakie, salad at 10am and then nothing till a low carb dinner at 6.30pm

Re: What are you eating ??
Doing low carb your body switches to fat adaption and the hunger tends to disappear after a few days. If I stay in proper ketosis I never feel hungry at all. Makes portion sizing much easier too.Cav wrote:I would die! Haha.. I get far too hungry for that, then dizzy, then inactive

Re: What are you eating ??
I get really faint on low carb. I always had to adapt my nutrition plans to increase carbs. I'd end up feeling pretty dead for 2 weeks

Corned-beef hash, fried eggs, and a fried hash-browns/mushroom mix.

I've been out for Sunday lunch. Roast pork followed by chocolate brownie.
