Sorry to hear this Blade, but as has been said many times above, it *is* manageable. I've recently had basically the same issue due to the same root causes. I have done some useful self-help courses over Ashton way if you want me to PM you some details? They do everything from mindfulness, coping with stress/anxiety and relaxation stuff. The huge positive is that you recognise the issue and its causes. The next step is taking measures to cope/manage it and minimise its impact.

Hope you're alright mate. Best to get these things checked to be safe. Lifestyle change is difficult but worth it, I've been trying to change my own for about 6mths but I'm weak! Hope this is the last of the gay cancer
