I might come and meet you for a coffee at Crossgates. It's an excuse to get out on a bike (weather depending).

Frankie is not coming now, he's not feeling well. I am glad about that, they are fun. Also glad I did not push it, put it this way it was the right decision to be close to home. It sucks when your body is playing up!
