Re: Mallory Friday 8th August
Good news....booked the time off work.
Bad news....I need to sort out the charging issue on the NC29 or the front brake issue on the ZX7R before I book. Can't use the GSXR as it has a full Akra race system and no original.
Should get the 400 sorted in time though.
Whatever happens, I'll be there.

Me and Perkles at Donny a few years back. No one will beat that. People were aquaplaning. I got told off by an instructor for flying past him on a slow down lap

Re: Mallory Friday 8th August
I would encourage anyone who takes a bike to a track day in a van to invest in wets on wheels. It can rain as hard as it likes....I can guarantee you'll still have a grin from ear to ear!

Re: Mallory Friday 8th August
I have ridden on wets and like you say they are amazing. Even a good set of road tyres are good. What was not amazing was having wet under crackers and feeling like I had generally been through a washing machine.
