Made a lobby* late last night and now eating it for breakfast! Think I'm going to make a pie out of what's left, a Stoke Pie.
*Beef stew with suet dumplings for anyone not from Stoke or Liverpool.

My son doesn't like the top of a pie.
I don't what I've done but I've clearly made a fail in parenting.

Re: What are you eating ??
still eating Keto,
lost 4kgs in just under 3 weeks and have noticed I was dealing with a lot more bloating that I thought previously. I guess my yeast intolerance was giving me more grief that I realised.
Seems wrong that I'm having bacon, sausages and eggs every morning and still losing weight! I do put some veges aside from midnight meal (which I don't eat at) and heat them and add to the morning meal (which is actually my dinner being on nights)
You all will be horrified that I had brussel sprouts and roast eggplant with my bacon and eggs this morning

Why so? With cutting out sugar and practically all carbs, while increasing my vege intake, my digestive system is the best it's ever been.Kwacky wrote:Your room must stink.

Re: What are you eating ??
The food in quarantine has been a lot better.
On the admissions form you could put down dietary requirements and after the amount of bread we got last time I listed my yeast intolerance.
For some reason that is getting me different main meals as well. Guys all got a dry roast and spuds last night, and I got a beautifully tender chicken breast cooked in Lemon and Oregano, with steam veg. So far eaten 3 out of 3 dinners.
I’ve also used a metal takeaway dish and fashioned a bowl that fits in the top of the electric kettle and poked fork holes through it, and am able to steam broccoli I bought. Used that to bulk up a curry I had the night before.

Re: What are you eating ??
I had left over pasta for my lunch. Judging by the noises my belly is making that wasn't the wisest choice.

Two massive bowls of ice cream.
It's a delicious, healthy lunch.
Naptime.
