Man I wish we could do our post offshore quarantine here. Our company tried, and the company that runs this place also tried to organise that with the NT Govt. but they wouldn’t approve it.

Keto... but not fanatically

Basically just cut out 95% of my carbs and sugar intake. Other than potatoes I'm eating all veg's as there isn't always a big choice offshore, so while proper keto you'd avoid sweet potato, peas, corn etc I'm still having them if there is no other option.

I'd seen Jess get pretty good results while I was home last break.

So far it's been 11 days and I've lost 3.3 kg (7 lb). But when I get home and can drink it'll be a different story! (lol) aiming to drop 10 kgs (22 lb) min.
