How to wind up the speed awareness course tutor

Post by duke63 »

Friend was telling me the story of his mate's daughter who got caught speeding.

She goes to the speed awareness course and billy big bollocks, the tutor asks everyone to stand up.

he then asks all those who have never seen a dead body to sit down. She remains standing and the questions follow in a similar vein until she is the last one standing.

His next words were, and i quote ' OK Clever clogs, when was the last time you saw a dead body?'

Her reply ' 4 hours ago'. He never asked what she did for a living. She is a nurse.

Billy big bollocks was lost for words

I've seen a dead body. Someone ejected from a car.

Seen a few myself. Not particularly bothersome- -although nothing was gruesome or anything.
Would probably make more of an impression if someone was still alive & really fcuked-up.

Not the right way of going around it for a speed awareness course is it.

Personally I believe the Think Advert really did a great job

I'll see if I can find the one that gets me everytime

Don't see the Think adverts anymore, well I haven't seen one for ages

It's not about showing physical impacts or the damages to the car etc. This shows the physiological effects. When the bloke starts to cry at the PC screen that's the moment when you know it's real
