Speaking of annoying, I've got a dentist appointment this morning.
I'm not very happy about it.
Not very happy at all.
On the plus side, I'm going for an MTB ride afterwards....helps get rid of the novacaine numbness....or at least it feels like it does, which is good enough I suppose.

Sorted a new credit card as I started paying interest on mine. I usually leave a note in my calendar but I must not have done that this time. It's a lot of interest!

After a bit of gardening I took my mum for the weekly big shop, then took dad to the garden centre.
Other than that I have had a quiet day, I woke up with cramp in my left calf and it has bruised up nicely
It's about my luck to knacker my own leg in my sleep

Nice day chillin in the sunshine at Cadwell with friends , I took my camera but I wasn't working . I was going to do the Ladies race tomorrow but I'm spending some time with my son we are having bacon butties and watching the motogp together .
