As retro bikes go, its probably one of the best.

They do look good but my 1-piece doesn't match it so I'll have to pass. My mate did one up and made a profit before he bought his Daytona. His looked kinda similar to that one but I think he made it a bit more cafe racer. Apparently the Daytona was very comfortable in comparison

I also like these (although the suspension is soft yet pogo-like)

There is a lot to be said for a bike that you can ride hard on the road without ending up in prison..or in a hedge.

I like those too Jack, and I've seen the retro brown colour in flesh and it looked awesome. They are still up around $15K here second hand though.

Thats why it's a second bike Perkles, the Multi is still my go to for a big ride, taking Jess out and if i want to rag it. The GB is only 30 HP and it is fine for me 80% the time, just a bit lacking up the hill. I climb 1500 ft over about 10 km.

Another tidy one in Sydney. Seem to be heaps of red ones around but that colour doesn't really grab me. The tail tidy on this one looks smick!
He's asking top dollar so it might still be about when i get back to negotiated him down (devil)

I love the looks of them but I like to ride my bike and be scared a bit so not for me ,I had a Ducati monster I rebuilt as a cafe racer
It looked and sounded beautiful but I didnt like riding it
I think to sum it it up shagging Grace Jones would scare me shitless and I would want to have another go but Kylie wouldnt leave me wanting more :D

Please dont think I dont like all bikes types and sizes I do ,I am a true petrol head (lol)

I get what you mean though, everyone warned me I'd end up in this position with the GB and I wouldn't listen... I still like it, but I want more. There may well be a thread in 2 years where I sell the thruxton lol

The Enfield is around 50bhp and has bags of torque for hills plus they only cost 5k brand new in the UK with a three year warranty.

After several thousand miles on Enfeilds in India with multiple breakdowns and one fire, I wouldn't have touched one with a barge pole. But I'm very tempted now, they're getting some very good long term reviews.

There was a guy in the TriumphRat forum rider's group had a totally tricked-out Thruxton in Daytona Yellow. To this day, it's one of the nicest motorcycles I've ever seen.

Grace Jones, eh?? Nope.
Well, maybe.
