The biggest problem is not the staff, they're well looked after. It's the customers.
Bike showrooms would need to limit numbers in the showroom as well as isolate the bikes at a minimum. After that it's all the things we touch. Opening the door, leaning back on a counter, etc....
Re-opening is a big risk.
